I am truly impressed with all aspects of Aspen Dental, but especially with the way they care for their patients. I used to be terrified of dentists, due to a bad experience from when I was ten years old. From the time that I arrived, I was so welcomed that my nerves calmed down immediately. The care that I received was exceptional. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The dentist is awesome with all the treatments that I need. He explains everything and you don’t feel rushed. I am certain that I will never be nervous in this dental office in the future. It is a great place for all of your dental needs.

I found the dental hygienist, as well as the assistant in the beginning to be professional and friendly. The dentist was also professional in demeanor and very direct. The last person I met with was more like a used car salesman. I felt he was using inflammatory statements about me getting dementia and a myriad of other scary medical conditions so I would agree to treatment. then presented an very aggressive treatment plan. I go to the dentist every six months. I’m only changing providers due to Insurance change. Out of nowhere I now have second stage, periodontal disease and five fillings that are in crisis and need urgently repaired. I was not able to commit to something that was estimated to $7500 before insurance. After doing some research, I found several online groups saying that this is standard practice for Aspen dental. Very aggressive treatment plans and exaggerating, periodontal disease so people buy expensive treatment plans. There may very well be concerns with my teeth or gums. But I’m going to get a second opinion from a non-corporate dental office. The gentleman I met with to go over the treatment plan with was a high-pressure sales person that appears to be work

Monday was my first time visiting and I had to go in the next two days to have a procedure done. I couldn’t be make happy with my dental experience. Everyone was so wonderful and welcoming. Mat at the front desk was wonderful and has a great energy to great you into the office! Dan, was fantastic when I had questions. MEGAN (she currently has red hair) WAS AMAZING for my dental procedure. Explained everything she was doing, had wonderful customer service and made it the BEST dental experience I have ever had. THANK YOU MEGAN!!

Employees are kind, sure, but this place is a scam. Told me I had multiple cavities and gingivitis and needed to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket for my wisdom teeth. I waited for 45 minutes in the chair after X-rays for the doctor to spend 30 seconds in my mouth and tell me all of that^^. They also don’t have a hygienist on staff so I spend a hour and a half for that. Then they made me look at payment plans because the price for the surgery was too high and treated me like a child. When leaving they said “leave us a review so people know we’re good now”. I will never go back there and will always tell people not to. I went to a small family owned practice and was walked through every step, never had my time wasted, and was told no cavities and no gingivitis and my mouth health was beautiful. Gave me a referral to an oral surgeon that was in service for my TMJ instead of aspen saying it was wisdom teeth I had to pay them for. This aspen is horrible and the facility is gross, holes in the walls, dirty floors, and drawers with crooked and falling off labels like nobody has ever organized it. I complained about this visit a lot to my friends and just went somewhere else, and see

I’ve had such a great experience with Aspen Dental in Fairlawn, especially with Dr. Patel and the entire team. From the moment you walk in, the staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive—they truly make you feel comfortable from start to finish. Scheduling has always been easy, and they’re very accommodating when it comes to fitting appointments into my busy schedule. Anytime I’ve had an issue or needed to be seen quickly, they’ve made it happen without hesitation. What really stands out is how transparent and helpful they are when it comes to treatment options and budgeting. They take the time to explain everything clearly and work with you to find solutions that make sense financially, which I really appreciate. I also want to mention my mother-in-law’s experience—she got dentures here, and they look absolutely amazing. Her entire process, from consultation to final result, was smooth, easy, and handled with such care and professionalism. If you’re looking for a dental office in Fairlawn that offers excellent care, flexible scheduling, cosmetic dentistry, and a genuinely friendly team, I highly recommend Aspen Dental and Dr. Patel.
